A good community is one where the users treat each other rather respectively. There will be disagreements granted and some arguments that get a little tense. Such is life on the Internet. However, there are times where while things get heated, as long as they get too heated, it is all good. Everyone gets along and everything goes smoothly for the most part.
Users can feel at ease with posting. That they are not going to be harassed by people who get some sick and twisted enjoyment from getting some joy of mocking people on the Internet. People who do such a thing are a bit pathetic but there are communities chalked with people like this, that ruins the experience. Those people being kept at bay is what really makes everything work out rather well.

I think that the reason for alot of people joining these sites are that it is a way to chat to people mainly.I can not get out and about like i used to a few years ago, so this is a great site to come on as there are always things to chat and discuss about, aswell as there are alot of really nice and friendly people on here.I do not use facebook much anymore as i find that rather boring and there are alot less people on there now adays where as all my friends used to be on there all the time and now it seems they are all on here.
