where are those good teachers???

Teachers today especially in the province are not as good as before in the 70s.High School Teachers today, i wonder if some are just lazy to teach the student and are limited to their textbook or they have a limited knowledge of the subject they're teaching or the other way the student have no interest in the lesson, then the teacher must do something to get the attention of the student well, it's there job any way.. Do you agree that teachers of yesteryears are very good, effecient and are more dedicated to their profession??

i think that teachers today have become more frustrated. look at todays kids. the kids of today have lost any sign of respect for authority. they see their teachers as equals and dont show the respect deserved. i think that the role of teacher has become more of the role of a babysitter. teachers get stressed out and that makes them not want to work as hard. why bother trying to teach someone who doesnt want to learn?
