Help, a doubt about free hosting site - webs.com

Hi Mylotters, webs.com, a free web hosting site. They offer us free web hosting & Free templates (built in script for ads) cause they keep their ads in our sites.. I created a site with Dreamweaver and want to host it in webs.com . As i created my site with Dreamweaver instead of using their templates, they cant keep their ads in my site. Here my doubt is... If I upload my site to tht hosting site, will I get banned or suspended...? If YES, Any one Plzz tell me is there any free web hosting sites (free of ads) to which we can upload our own built website... Plzzz help me....
