Nowadays shopping is done easily by the internet. Anyone who has the website preferences could make it merely by the click of the mouse through fingers. But, some people still do not get themselves aware of the internet shopping because of being not computer literate. Hence, they do most of their shopping moments going mall and shops to buy anything they want. In your own belief, do you prefer to buy/shop online or go directly to the mall and do shopping by yourself?

It actually depends on some situations. Like for example, now, I have a foot injury, so I shop online. I just bought some girl stuff from a trusting online store. I only shop at online stores that are very trusting. Otherwise, if I didn't have a foot injury, I would be shopping in the mall because I am able to fit some shoes and clothes as well as have many choices. That would make me feel better than online shopping.

It's doing fine now. Was able to shop for a dress and shoes and can walk now without a cane. So, hopefully, in a few weeks, I'll be shopping for real. The only problem that I have with online shopping is you cannot fit the shoes or clothes that you want to buy and may end up to be disappointed when you get the package. It is possible and that is why i prefer shopping in the mall. :)

Hello ecyang! How's your foot nowadays? That's right, shopping on line is considerably circumstantial, you can apply in the real situation and it is also beneficial for some reasons like what happened to you... You are true that you should be enough careful doing online shopping at all.

Most of the shopping I do now is online. I just usually go to the mall for groceries. Sometimes I still buy stuffs in the mall. However, if I'm looking for a dress, shoes or any clothes I usually order online. I also pay all our bills online. However, when I need something immediately that's the time I go to the mall to shop.
If my bank's website is down that's also the time we do over-the-counter payment of bills. Doing almost everything online is more convenient. However, we also have to be more careful. That's why I never use my Savings Bank account card and credit card online. What I usually do is I transfer the funds to my debit card and what I use for online shopping is my debit card or PayPal account.

You're right. Online shopping is more convenient. There's no hassle of falling in line to pay for what you shopped. The item will just be delivered in your mailing address and aside from that I get to do what I love to do most while shopping online and that is surfing the net.
One thing that I've learned whenever I do online shopping is to be real smart. That's why I visit a lot of online shops and really spend time comparing the prices and browsing the items/ products before deciding if I'm going to buy or not. So far, I have not encountered any bogus sellers yet and I love all the items I've bought online.

I think most of myLotters here are doing shopping online, that's cool! In today's generation, everybody seems like having this as they save time and energy too. They also feel like shopping at the mall is only another alternative to shop. A lot of people are now looking for an easy shopping so they go online most of the time... and you are one of them.

That is also my interest... to have items that meet my style and also the good quality that I can get through shopping outside by myself. It's so nice feeling to walk in a road and mingle with people inside the brick and mortar store or mall.

I love shopping a lot. Shopping keeps me relaxed in case of tensions and worries. I do some online shopping, but not all. I don't buy clothes or shoes online even if they have good deals. I prefer to try those items on my, get statisfied, and buy them. I mostly buy books, ornaments, personalized cards, etc. online. I never buy anything online which has an expirty date. If I go for deals, I may end up buying something which has a very short period to expire.

You're so stylish daliaj! Anyway I should know you're only doing online shopping whenever you're in need of stationary items... You have a wise decision of choosing product that is almost expired... you can't be sure of the status of the product itself doing online purchasing and I agreed with you.

I love online shopping and I've already bought like five dresses online but if I were to choose, I prefer going to the mall. There's lots of choices in malls and not only that, you can also compare prices. For clothes, it's better to buy in malls so that you'll get to choose the clothes that best fits you. One disadvantage of buying online is that you don't usually get what you see.

See? Anyway just be careful of purchasing things online because you feel like unsatisfied if this happens to you at least by the next time you'll get lesson to learn in doing so.

Internet shopping is handy, but we are very close to shops, so it's rather superfluous. We have ordered shopping over the web, but there are 3 roads with the same name in our conurbation. Asda took two wrong turns, and reached us 3rd time. The other issue is that of substitutes if what you ordered is unavailable.
It is probably only a natter of time before groups start closing stores in favour of internet ordering.

I agree with you, I suggest you do shopping at the mall, less risk of money because you have a lot of options to choose from. One is selecting the goods with best price; second, you are 100% assured of the quality you purchase; third, you are safe and do some budgeting with the money available on your pocket; fourth, you exert your effort to get yourself a little bit of some body movements all the way going to the mall... which we can say like exercise.

You have reminded me of the fact that we also have to check product labels too. My partner is on a gluten free diet. Even familiar products sometimes have a change of ingredients.

I like going to the mall for shopping. I like to see the actual stuff, check it and compare prices before I buy. On the other hand, there are some stuffs that I also buy through internet especially if it's something which you can't easily find anywhere. One example, is this kind of necklace which I found in an online shop. I tried to look in different jewelry stores for the same kind but couldn't find one so I end up buying it online.

Hey that's fantastic! I mean, we have the same outlook in doing this thing... We are sure of what is our right as customer if we do shopping at the mall.

Hi there! I'm still a strong customer of malls. It's not that I'm not computer illiterate, it's just that I prefer to see the clothes before I buy it. I know there's the return policy and all, but I tend to get really excited, that even if it doesn't fit me the way that I want it to be, I tend to rip the tag off immediately. Plus shopping is something I love doing, so going to the mall is not something like a burden to me. :)

Actually we have our common similarity in doing this stuff. I also like to go to the mall and do shopping rather than spent my time in online shopping, we can see the product directly and having tendency to change it if it doesn't meet our criteria to buy it.

I like going to the mall when I go shopping and not through the internet. I enjoy roaming around first and looking at various products before I buy.

I agree with this! At the mall you find fun roaming around.

I do a little bit of both, actually, because the prices and the amount of stuff you can find online is really superior in every way to malls and stores where I live. But some things you really need to see before you buy them, and maybe even try on, so I go to malls and stores for them.

Examining the product by yourself is the most important thing we have to observe if we go shopping, I don't think we are 100% confident of doing it online because we have no any options in choosing it, in my opinion we are just interested through online because of the convincing brochures available over the website, sometimes you can't help by yourself just looking on it but to buy it at an abrupt decision.

Except for rare occasions, I love shopping online. I happen to have a slight body type, so shopping online is really easy for me. Also, I find it much easier to comparison shop when I'm shopping online - virtual store surfing is a lot easier on the feet than walking around a mall.
