I fear ,fear itself and i think that fear itself fears me?!

Should i really fear what can not be changed,or am i just over reacting a little bit? I am awaiting my exam results and for the most part of this summer that i should be enjoying i am fearing that i may not have done the best that i could have i need answers what must i do to clam down?!

Think the worst result what could be...then think what will you do then and what will be your next move in your life. If you will be ready for the worst then if it will happen, then you will be already prepared for it, but if you'll will be passed the exam, then you will have double joy for it!

Thanks alot i always try to be optimistic but then i always at some point in time start to wonder how i did and even been a little bit pesimistic which seems to be involuntary

Maybe it sounds like pessimism, but I better say that this is realism or healthy pessimism which can give more positive emotions as pure optimism.

I am just like you. I've been thinking that I will never pass though I have done my very best. But then when I get my grades, it's like, "WOW!". Well, thinking negatively is not that bad. I believe that when you think negatively it would turn out the other way around. I've been doing that since I started studying, and I find it effective for me. But you should calm down. Don't overdo it. It is not good, you'll get crazy if you do something like that everyday. You should enjoy your life, because life is not always about the nose bleeding exams :D
