windows 7 and internet constantly falling out, PLEASE HELPPP!

I'm starting to lose my nerves with windows 7. Ever since I installed it a few months ago I'm having problems with my connection! It keeps going out whether I'll watch a flash video and have utorrent open it'll stop working after a few minutes and I have to restart my modem or pull out my usb cable. I've seen lots of win 7 users having problems, but didnt find any solution anywhere so i REALLY REALLY hope you can help me, cause I'm already thinking about going back to Xp, cause I never had such problems with it. It did fall out a few times, but not that often as now..like every 2 minutes..also If I'll leave my comp on over night and utorrent open downloading stuff in the morning the internet connection is out when I check it...I know theres no probs with my internet provider, cause I called them several times and they checked and assured me by their side everything's working fine, also checked all the cables, modem, everything's fine, so you guys here are my last hope! please help! btw, I tried this 'trick' with unchecking ipv6 and it worked for some time tho I still got fallouts, but now its back again and I'm losing nerves with win 7 really.
