I wouldn't write a book on my life even if it made a good story. I don't want people all over the world to know my story. I think we need to keep some privacy especially as writers let the reader guess why we write the way that we all do. That is their fun part guessing what we are after or what we went through to write the way we do. I am also big on telling other peoples story.

I would if my most waited happy ending of my love life will happen..hahaha... I would say, It depends really on the person if he/she wants to share her/his life stories...I'll definitely share mine if my love interest will come back to me..It will be a great story for sure...

I have been toying with the idea of writing a book about my life with fibromyalgia. The only problem is there are some "secrets" relevant to my acquiring the illness that I would rather remain secret. I have had many stresses in my life and some are better left unsaid, but I think they are necessary to get an idea of how difficult my life has been. No one's life is perfect. Not a soul on the earth. And we all have secrets. Writing your life story, including the secrets, might be helpful. You can write the story but just for yourself, not publish it, or leave it or your heirs to deal with after you are gone.

There's not many bio's or autobio's that you'd get to read with the warts and all bits left in..most of them will have been edited and cleaned up to some extent...You never know, you could write your Autobiography and have it hit the Best sellers list!..and there's another question that subject could raise...if it was successful enough to become a best seller, and a Movie deal resulted, who would you want to play You on the Big Screen?!

If someone will help me with the book and get it published, sure why not. It would be great to write a book about yourself and share your life lessons with others and feel good about it knowing that you have helped them and maybe inspire them to write a book about themselves. The story of my life.

I agree, life stories do make interesting reading. I do a lot of writing -- poetry and prose -- and share a lot of my personal life. I am an open book, a li'l bit at a time. Nobody's life is perfect; it is these imperfections that make things interesting -- within the days of our lives and within the covers of a book. Go for it!

yeah, if there's a chance I will. My life is colorful, sometimes full of tragedies and stuff. I can say that my life is not really PERFECT as what we all have. There comes a time that we felt like giving up, but it's just a sweet lesson we should learn.. Whatever happens in our life, we must accept it wholeheartedly. We shouldn't blame ANYONE for all the pains that we may come to feel. We really shouldn't. HAPPY MYLOTTING! & best of luck!
