Do you think daily exercise is important?

Recently I've found 20minutes in my day to do some morning exercises. Doing so I feel I have more energy during the day. Do you do exercise at home? How often? Most importantly, do you think it's an important part of your life? ...I do

Exercise is something that is a huge part of life. Considering that diets rarely work as they should, exercise really does help a lot. I think that it really does not take too long. Maybe thirty minutes or forty five minutes a day is pretty good. Of course, most of my exercising is taking a nice walk around the perimeter of the town that I am in. Still its exercise. It is a good idea to get some exercise. For both your physical and mental health. Trust me, there are a lot of times where I exercise and it keeps me rather same a lot of the time. Plus, there is just something liberating about the fresh air blowing that relaxes me. So I try to walk every day, if not every other day. There are a few alternate things that I can do if the weather is not habitable.

Hi megamatt: I think that I should start doing some exercises everyday and I should stop eating to much to have a better shape. The question is when to start. I think I have to talk with my eldest brother to make a common plan because he need to do some exercises too. Thanks for your answer. Have a nice day. ALVARO

I'm not someone who likes doing exercise just for the sake of it. For between half, and sometimes all, the week I cycle 45 minutes each way to work. This provides me with some exercise, and saves on bus/ rail fares.

Hi Memnom: In my case i don't exercise myself but when I have enough time I walk. I think walking it's a good exercise and it's relaxing at the same time. When I walk through my city I try to enjoy of my journey. Thanks for your answer. Have a nice day. ALVARO

No I don't exercise at home I have no where to do it really or any equipment. I'd like to do a few things but I have kids that will not leave anything alone and will get hurt. Wich is why my gazelle is buried in the basement as the last time I had it up the kids were trying to use it and I have no where to store it. I dunno I have to figure out something.

Hi Maxim: I think it's great tha you have organize a time to do some exercise. This is very important for your health. I used to make some exercises before and I was in a good shape. Yes,i think it is very important to do daily exercise.You should select the suitable time of one day.The suitable time can make good use of the daily exercise,and make your body stronger and stronger.Wish you have a good day.

Of course it is. It's very important in our daily lives cos it gives our body full of energy, and it also makes our body look real good & fit. Before, I was a chubby one. Then I told myself, I really have to be fit so I can wear anything I want without any worries that my fats will show up. So then, I started doing simple exercise at home, tried anything to be in shape. Until one day, I loss some weights. EXERCISES, ARE REAL BEST! so yeah. Enough said. HAPPY MYLOTTING!

yes absolutely.regular exercise helps you keep maintain to a healthy body.i will spend some of my time for evening exercise about 30 minutes and im doing it daily.at first i felt a little bit difficult but then when it has become my habit there is no problem to do so at all.
