Modded NFSMW Black Edition

I love playing NFSMW Black Edition in my laptop. Even, i've already beaten the game, i like the fact that you can customize your cars, but i've been dieing to know how to mod a car for total customizing of its looks or just by modding the pre-made customizations options. So is this possible? Cause i've seen and read some tutorials and downloaded some programs for modding and customizing but still i can't get it done. Any one knows can help there? thanks.

i have completed the game thrice without using a mod loader or a cheat. After that i came to know about mod loader so i thought that lets give it a try. Mod loader is really very interesting. I raced with a travel bus in it. Without mod loader my top speed was 389km/h with carrera GT and after mod loader, i was able to reach 434km/h. How amazing it is!!
