Hello friend!
I must say that I never asked for the meaning of the word. I know it as it is in dictionary. And also if you wan to earn money via myLot then you need to post containing at least 4-5 sentences. It's recommended to earn some cents for a post. You will earn almost nothing for this type of 1 line posts.

A hooligan is a tough, aggressive, or violent youth. Examples are bullies in school and gangsters.

People will have different definitions for it. My definition is a person who is up to no good, a kid who is in with a bad crowd, someone who steals or plays rough, it's like another word for "fool".

A hooligan is a person with destructive tendencies who for no apparent reason or even at the slightest pretext indulges in acts that cause destruction of property or other things,in short , a troublemaker. They are mischief makers who are generally egged on by people wanting to ccreate a nuisance, say at a political rally or a sporting event or at any function where people have gathered for some purpose.Such persons are a nuisance to society and the right place for them is behind bars in a prison.

A hooligan is someone who is rather rough and tumble for the most part. Rough around the edges and prone to violence giving the right treatment. They are basically think that they are tougher than the average person and a bit prone to having a temper. Therefore, they are going to try and prove everything with bouts of violence to attempt to prove their perceptions right.
I have heard this term affiliated commonly with soccer(or football if you are anywhere else in the world but the United States). Given the riots that have happened from time to time, it really is not too much of a leap to see exactly how the world hooligan is really perceived with soccer. Some of the fans can get rather passionate and then there are those who can get passionate to an absolutely insane level.
