Replacing cache Header on Apache 2

Hello mylotter. I recently use Apache 2 for windows and I can't figure out how to change cache header with this. I use apache for caching proxy, and i want to optimize my caching performance, by override some cache header for image or video.. I used to use Squid and run it well... But can't figure it out with apache...
