I know a site which can do this. For their fees you have to contact with them. The name of the site is www.cashforaction.com
In my early stages I deposited money to e-gol and LR account through it. For doing this I have send them a mail mentioning my amount and in turn I have been informed the amount (my desired amount+ exchanges) I have to deposit to it's bank account. My purpose was served successfully without any negligence. I don't know how it is serving now but the site is still alive and afte reading the discussions I have opened the page and logged in.

I think it is not possible to transfer fund directly between paypal and alertpay or viseversa. It is better to transfer fund directly from your paypal or Ap account to your local bank account.First make your account verified in both Ap and PP by linking your bank credit card. Then you can smoothly do any transaction.

cip instead of paying commissions just tranfer your money from paypal to your own bank account. there is no charge and you can get a paypal representative to walk you through the steps to link your paypal account
to your bank account. no fees of any kind.I do this with mylot earnings each and every month. safe and easy and no fees.
