Are you afraid of the lightning and thunder?

lightning and thunder. I'm definitely not afraid of thunder, i guess i could i'm just used to loud noisy things. As to lightning, i'm not that afraid of it too, but when i see a lot of lightning i do get scared of being struck one, that is just one i'm afraid of. Cause we all know, lightning can cause fatality when by hit one. So that's one scary thing. Thanks for the topic Much respect

Not exactly afraid of these things, but I am quite unnerved when they happen. I mean, loud noises are not exactly the most pleasant thing in the world to begin with. Thunder is always extremely loud and the sound makes it seem like much closer than it really is. Still its just noise and really nothing to be too afraid of. Noise can pound the eardrums but other than that, its harmless. Lightning, lightning can be an entirely different manner entirely. There have been times where lightning has hit a bit too close for comfort for me during storms. One time, I saw a bolt of lightning flash outside of my bedroom window. It was really close. To the point where there were scorch marks on the grass where it touched down. So that pretty much terrified me witless to say the least. Lightning is something that can be bad, as its been known to hit people even if they are in their houses a few times.

I remember when I was little I always hide under blanket when was a lighting and thunder. But, now I do not afraid from lightening and thunder. It is not nice when it is happens, but something I'm over it. Sometimes I afraid from big storms like hurricanes. Tress break, house roofs being taken away and then I pray for my home. In one day my mother met face to face with lightning. Lightning struck in the tree and my mother rescued from breaking tree.

No, I'm absolutely not afraid of lightning and thunder. Quite the opposite, I enjoy lightning and thunder. Even as a kid, I enjoyed them.

I have a great fear of thunder and lightning. There was this time, when my teacher called my name to get my paper, and then there was a sudden thunder, and I suddenly ran into my seat mate's lap. And my classmates laughed at me. I was like, wanted to cry that time because of that stupid thunder huhuhuhu :((

if the light and thunder is near within a meter definitely yes. but if its too far then its no. then sometimes its good because wee are aware that raining is coming.
