I have tried being a call center in makati and I lasted for 2 months. Since I am new I was assigned in graveyard shift, I was not able to cope up immediately with my schedule and I got sick several times. Until I got otitis media, that's the time I stopped from working being a call center agent.

Schedule was the biggest issue when it comes to being a call-center agent. what are you doing for a living now? i hope you don't mind if i asked.

unless you got an apartment, it's really hard to sleep in the morning not to mention going from your home to your work. i remember working at Makati as well, coming from cavite and it was really hard though..i didn't want to leave then but the account is shutting down and i was the first group to be laid off.
