Young people wants to look mature. While mature people wants to look young. I think it'll always be like that. Lol. Here are some tips I found.
1. Get an extra hour of sleep each night.
2. A woman's hands look younger when she wears rings and nail polish. (I didn't know that.)
3.Protect your neck. The neck is actually more prone to aging than the face.
4. Perfect your skin with foundation.
5. Bring youthful volume back to your hair.
6. Keep those pearly whites white.
7. Manage those dark circles under your eyes.
8. Hit the gym or take a walk.
Can you share some tips as well?

Thank you for the tips you shared, all very simple but very useful.
If you want to look younger I read that eating loads of carrots helps. The ingrediant they use in antiwrinkle creams is from carrots.
What I do to keep my skin in good condition is I have a facial scrub, but I only use a tiny dab of it because I find the beads/bits in aren't really rough, so my special ingrediant I adds to it, is SUGAR, cheap and something easy you find in your household. Its much more rough than facial scrub on its own and I find if you scrub your face for a few minutes it gets rid of all the dryness and flakiness.
I wear nivea moisture (the one in a little blue pot) every day. And before I go to bed I put more than usual on, I leave it on thick like a face mask, when you wake up in the morning your face on skin is like silk. Just remember to try not turn on your side in your sleep, you don't want to get it all over your pillow;)

Thank you for your sharing too:) I heard if people eating a lot of carrot their skin color will change like carrot color, but anyway I will try to eat more carrot to stay young or look younger than my real age but will not over load eating.
Carrot soap also good to keep your face and body skin look young, I make myself goat milk soap with natural vegetable extract; like cucumber soap is my favorite, and carrot with tomato and tamaric is good too.

Perhaps one of the most important things that I can think of that will help you to look and also feel younger is to make sure that you are drinking plenty of water. Having plenty of water in your system will help keep your skin looking full and plump such that it will keep the fine wrinkles filled in on your skin. This is a great way of looking younger. In addition, it also helps to keep the body detoxified so things toxins aren't building up within your body.

I always want to look young but there are really some things that everyday I encounter, like I'm out from work everyday at 3pm and there's this temperature about 38 to 40, then I have this new problem again 'coz next week I'll be in a night shift, where in sleep I think is for me the most important to have a healthy skin aside from drinking lots of water.

Hmm. Drinks lots of fluid cause it can do wonders to your skin, and this is really true.
I'll definitely follow the ring and the nail polish tip, I also didn't know that it has any effect. Hehehe.

Always take your make-up off at night, if you come in late, have a handy pack of wipes to do the job, but just use this in emergencies.
Use a little olive oil (extra virgin)on your skin at night under your normal moisturiser, a little goes a long way and does wonders for the skin.
Moisturise with your face moisturiser from the top of your forehead, to your decollete. With your body moisturiser, moisturise from your toes to your chin. This way, your neck and chest, gets a double amount of moisturiser, these areas will thank you for it.
Don't EVER wipe your eyes, this causes premature wrinkles, the skin around the eyes is very very thin. Only ever dab carefully when removing make-up, dabbing away tears when you are crying etc.
Always wear sun factor cream on the face as well as the body (don't forget the hands too), even on cloudy days, those sun rays are still getting through and can do a lot of damage.
Hope this helps

I do agree with you that young people are in a hurry to look older. Old people try hard to make themselves younger. It is best that younger ones need not be in a hurry since there is no way you could turn back time.
Getting into the habit of moisturizing early on in life is a good way to make yourself look young. Getting enough sleep and drinking at least and even more than 8 glasses of water is good to help your body hydrate and it will definitely make you less than your actual age.

Yes,indeed people today are moving towards wellness and this includes looking better...and younger for that matter. Here are some tips I can share.
* Use natural beauty agents than the artificial. It ha been very long that I have been using commercial beauty product. It costs much strain on the budget.Until I've learned from a friend useful natural beauty tips. After a week of using them religiously, the change was more than obvious. Skin turned younger and healthier looking. Be careful because many companies are claiming their products to be natural but in fact they are machine treated and are heat processed. We must know that most nutrients and essential oils when heated loses their effectiveness....More tips to come....
