Warbux problem

I recently noticed I can't login my Warpbux account and don't know why. Yesterday I reinstalled my operating system and after that I logged in all my ptc / ptr websites to click ads etc. and when I got to Warpbux and tried to login it said that my account / password is wrong. I tried to recover my password via e-mail but when I submitted my e-mail address an error showed that the address is not registered in the database. Anyone who is member of Warpbux has this problem as well ? I'm curious what happened to my account. Any explanations ?
