Who do you think will be this world cup champion

I completely agree, and I have been saying this for a long time already, Germany will definitely win. Spain is the only real threat, but they are looking too weak at the moment.

Spain will surely win the World Cup because of their intelligence on the pitch and their fantastic passing game called Tiki-Taka. They are simply brilliant. Spain has all it takes to overcome Holland in the Final of the World Cup.

Germany are definitely the favorites after thumping in 4 goals against England and Argentina. But do not discount the Dutch and Spanish team just yet. Remember Spain beat Germany in the Euros finals 2 years back 1-0. Though this German team is better and Spain seem to have taken a step back from 2 years back, I think it is still going to be a great match. The dutch on the other hand are a completely on the day team. On their day, they can take out any team like they did to Brazil and on other days, they can really lose to anyone!! Cheers! Ram

Since Argentina is out, so this time I think Germany will win the World Cup. Although many friends of mine say it is likely Spain will be the champion. But I think Germany team plays the soccer better. According to their performance, they shall be the winner. I love China

the diference with the germany matches and the spain one has been that germany has played against teams that try to go on and doesn't put a wall of 10 players and the keeper waiting for a counter. i think that spain and holland are better teams to give the spain the chance to display their best football( if krusty stops puting by real decretation torres and X.alonso)

By the way are you related to Serena?? "o) Anyhow, from the start I thought that Germany had more oommp than the other teams in my mind. Whether that means they will go all the way....we'll see. As in tennis on any given day if things don't go well or the opposite, anyone can beat anyone. For the moment I think Germany takes the prize. Enjoy the remaining games. May the best team win. By the way congratulations to Serena and Raphael on the Wimbledon wins. Roger is still the man.

I am rooting for the underdogs and the only non-European country that is alive in the world cup. I think that Uruguay can take the opportunity of defeating the top teams. Underdogs are dangerous opponents because they will not really feel the pressure than that of the three team in contention in the World Cup.

The Germans have a very good chance of claiming the cup but they will still have to face the Spaniards first. So are the Dutch with the Uruguayans. My personal choice would be the Oranje. They are very hungry for a win for the very first time. I think it is long overdue for them. And my second choice would be the Spaniards. Like the Dutch, they have not lifted the crown yet. Either team will be good enough for me.

I think that Spain will win it. Germany have played the best football so far but Spain are having a bit of running and are getting through their matches without playing too well. I think that if they begin to play as they can that they will go on to lift the cup.

of course it is the germans...the way they are playing,the way they counter attacks,the way they make their game plan,i think it is impossible for anybody to break it and defeat them....Klose,Sweinsteiger,Muller,Lahm,Pudolski,Ozil are the greats....Also the gollie is doing his job well...
