There're so may reasons... but I pick 2 of them: They can't see him/they're so scared to admmit there's somebody superior then themselves.
I do believe in God, I have crises of faith sometimes, but I do.
What do you guys think?

I pity those people who needs actual physical proof before believing in something. They are throwing away their life just because they don't believe in God. It all boils down to one's faith.
Always remember:
It is better to live one's life believing in God and then find out in the end that He does not exist than to live a life not believing in God only to find out in the end that GOD exist.

Faith, I believe is something that is developed over time through experience, education, influence and family. Faith in God or the lack of it can either be strengthened or weakened by whatever trials he goes through in life.
For some, belief in God is impossible because they want to be in control of their life, their own destiny and believing in a Supreme Being is tantamount to relinquishing control.

Because they are not raise earlier in their childhood years to believe God. And they also believe that God is only a religion belief that has no ground for truth. Sometimes believing God is very difficult to do especially when you are surrounded with problems.

Because they don't want to think about God either.Don't want to take a minute to contemplate despite years of mechanism study.

One response I have heard with regards to non-believers is that as long as they do good and do no harm, they are living a good life.
Believers may have a personal encounter with God.

People don't believe in a god or gods because there is no physical evidence of their existence. With no physical manifestation there is little reason to believe in some supernatural presence.
