Too much emphasis has been placed on the need for students to challenge the assertion of others.In fact the ability to compromise-that is, the ability to achieve social harmony-should be a mojor goal in every school.

There should be a healthy debate.Because out of a debate we will know many points which we are unaware of.Debate and discussion improves communication skills.These skills will prove useful when the students start working.They can put across their point of view and not be misunderstood.
