do you think God can heal people?

Yes, God can do anything. But we don't get anything we want just by praying. That's why God create people, not just human. God give human with different talent so we can help each other. Prayers also help. Not only hoping for miracle but also in mental health. If we think positively, optimist,and believe that God will help to cure us, it will also help the medical treatment given by the doctor

We were born mortals so we could be very vulnerable and not succumb to our arrogance and pride. God can heal our spirit and calm our minds. What's the use of a healthy body if ones spirit is unpure,right?

Doctors and the medical treatments are only the medium through which process of healing takes place. But the guiding and controlling forces behind all types of experiences including healing are the outcome of one's past actions and deeds. The divine presence of God pervades all entities of Nature including human beings. The natural law of cause and effect governs the working of life of individuals and all entities of the universe in a very precise and systematic way. Good deeds performed in the past by a person are favorably responded by the universe in its natural way. It is only some time lag or gap that exists between performing a deed and receiving its outcome. This mechanism is spontaneous and natural. Thanks.

I agree with some responders which I've commented on.. God gives all of us brains so that we can come out with medical sciences to help cure illnesses and stuff. Like curing fever, finding a cure for cancer and etc2x. We are all God's subjects, and without this functioning brain, all these cures won't happen. So yes, God can heal people for sure.

Hi, Crazy_Poster. God has blessed us to have doctors that are keen to understanding our needs as being well and sick. God has granted us this this. God is a healer as long as a person believes in him. By his stripes we are healed. We need doctors on earth and we need God from Heaven.

God uses people as His instruments to perform whatever He wants to be done. Like doctors, these are His instruments to cure people from ther illnesses. But doctors are still humans, same as our medical technology. They have limitations. And those illnesses that doctors and advanced medical technology cannot answer and cure anymore, they just leave it to God already. There are many instances that doctors cannot even answer for themselves why some patients were able to survive and be cured for a very severe illness. They just regard it to God's miracle or because of the faith of the person. Faith is really important, because even if we used the very good technology and a very expert doctor, but if the patient himself doesn't have even just a small faith, then it is really impossible for him to be cured.

i believe so. and i totally agree with you. Prayer is the effective way to ask what we want to God. He listen and make come true all the prays. and doctors is the bridge or an effort to make it come true. we can't do pray but we do not go to the doctor when we are sick and hoping we will heal

its like in Bible it's said that God is my healer, so most christian believe in that fact and let it according to God's will..........

First of all, before I start to comment, please don't take this into a religious place. As an atheist person, I believe that the inner god is the one healing people, which means that it's actually peoples' own belief that heals them, it's not "god", it's their belief in the healing process.

I believe so that GOD can heal people and people can heal themselves. I have question for you.In the days of our God do they have doctors? I don't think so. God made the earth so beautiful and true,right. The only healing of our sickness refers to the reaction of our body,Isn't it.GOD in there days have no medicine or something.It is in the faith and make believe.In there days operation is not necessary they don't have that thing because the psychological reaction of the mind and body to heal them is with us. God made our human body or the mechanism the so called immune system has the power to heal our own sickness even without medicine in our body.It can heal it alone.The organism in our body has the power to heal it.Is it not amazing that God made us wonderful things. Doctor's i hate to have commits on that one because of bad experiences from the hospital and doctor instead of getting me well I become more sicker. And try the power of healing myself alone more effective to me.And its true God made us marvelously to heal oneself. we have a survival kit in our body..

Yes, I do believe God heals people. He can do it any way He wants. He may use medicine or doctors or treatments in the process, but He isn't limited to those means. For myself, I see my doctor and usually take the treatments offered, within reason. I think it's important not to demand things from God. It's important to talk to Him and ask for help, but also asking for whatever is His will. Even Jesus asked for whatever was God's will, and He was the closest to God of anyone. I have experienced healing through prayer, but sometimes the answer is "NO" and it is beneficial to know everything works together for good for those who believe.

I'm a christian and it was never stated in the bible or elsewhere that god heals people nowadays. He did this during the period of the bible but this is now over till he comes back in glory, on our last day. As for me I believe in this, so I go to the doctor's to receive my cure there, well in the most cases, that is, since they can't make miracles happen anyway.

God does heal people. It happens as a healing from God or miracle when that is God's will for that person's life. Even from Biblical times there were physicians. Apostle Luke was a Physician. In this process, God might use his instruments as patient or doctor or cicumstance or through some other healing ministries. What ever way the patient is healed, ultimately it brings honor and glory to God. God can heal people and examples are in the Bible itself. In today's life, a friend of my mother recieved healing in a prayer meeting. Doctors said it was a miracle indeed.

As a Christian, i do believe that God can heal people. The healing may not be done in the time or fashion that we want, but the healing power of God is there. We need to have faith and belieive in God's word for the healing power to truly mean anything in our lives.

im a christian...first and foremost if you believe in the bible and it will be easy to you to believe that God exist...and that God can do anything...anything... even healing us...God is a spirit,he doesnt have flesh for us to feel his touch but he can touch us by means...and one way of showing his love and healing for us are doctors...the knowledge of doctors to give remedy to people doesnt come from nowhere...it came from God...that fact itself is a proof that God has his own way of reaching to us...all we need is FAITH and TRUST that GOD above all is everything...and we shouldnt doubt HIM by any means... =D

I do not belive that god can heal people , if they feel sick . Therefore I seldom pray , when my body is in trouble . If I feel sick , then I could go to the hospital to see a doctor . and take a medical treatment for me . Then I will feel better in a few days . So I just believe in science in the world .
