Do you think shrinks also see shrinks?

I know doctors go to other doctors when they get sick, espcially if their illness is not in line with their specialization. But I'm not sure if that applies to shrinks too. They usually help patients by analizing their cases. So if they are good in analizing they probably can psychoanalize themselves not to be negative or teach themselves how to deal with their problems.
What do think?

Shrinks see another shrink when they have a problem. They can´t have the objectivity to see themselves. Shrinks don´t deal with their own problems any better than the rest of us. They can only help others.

People like psychologists and social workers who hear a lot of others' problems could get very depressed if they involved their emotions in it. It is a phase they all start out with and have to overcome before they can be good at their job, and they can be good if only they can detach themselves from the problem and give objective advice and help.
