I can't help to wonder why when some one state that they are single it creates an alarm. Can some one please tell me why is it that peolple make such big of a deal if some one says they are single. I have been single and i do enjoy it so much because i have so much more freedom. No one have a fight with or quarrel, no one to report to everywhere i go. Also no one to bug me when i want to sleep. No one to tell who i can or can not talk to. It is fun to be single some times because you get to spend a lot of me time with yourself. Some time to think about what you want and to know yourself even better before.

goodness. if it were a crime i would've been a criminal for the past 20 years of my life! i've been single all my life. i agree that it can be...lonesome, but that's just how things are for me. i believe i'm perfectly ok with no murderous tendencies~ haha

Ahahah!!!!!!!!!
Hi greygoo I thought the same thing too that i would be in lock up already. I have some friends who seems to think that they can't survive without a man. And it is very depressing to hear them mope about not having a man. Some create one hell of a scene when you say that you are single.

It's not a crime. Why would it be a crime? We were all born single and being single is perfectly acceptable. Although I think you should not be single all your life. You'll miss out on a lot of things. Being single is awesome but lonesome sometimes.

People do tend to look down at the singles. When I tell people I've never had a boyfriend, then I get weird looks and gasps of horror. From that moment on I'm usually treated like there's something drastically wrong with me (Even if they're not sure what it is yet.).
I absolutely hate the question, "Why are you single?" You know if I KNEW the answer to that... I wouldn't be single!
It's nice being single sometimes, but I don't want to be single forever. I really want to get married and have a family one day. I don't see being in a committed relationship as being tied down. I like the idea of having new and weighty responsibilities, and I'd love to be able to share my life with someone. But I wouldn't judge someone if they said they wanted to be single forever. We're all different people, and we should acknowledge the fact that we don't all think the same way.

Yeah, I'd prefer to enjoy being single instead of moping around and being lonely. The way I see it, it would be a waste of time to go get into a relationship just for the sake of not being single. I want to to be in a relationship because I've found someone I could really love... not because I'm desperately lonely.
Go ahead and enjoy your singleness and don't let the thoughts of others drag you down!

Hi dear,
Thats the same thing i'm saying the look is as if you just committed a criminal act by just being single. Don't get me wrong i don't want to be single forever just wish to enjoy every moment of it because when you are in a relationship you can't do all that of a single life anymore. That would be regaurded as being selfish. Its just the weight people put on simply being single that bothers me.

Hi dear,
I love being me i don't let people pressure me into doing something i don't want to. I know it can be lonely at times but i was brought alone even though my mom has 2 of us. I spent most of my time alone and tend to enjoy it when i have no one around to bug me. Ehen i find some one who can appreciate me for who i am then i'll consider being in a relationship but as for now i love my life.

1) you dont need to impress some one
2) you dont need to spend all your money for some one
3)you can get to spend a lot of time with your friends

Oh yea spending time with your friends with no one to limit your time. Some girls think they don't have alife if they are single. They sit around and moope all the time about it. Some becomes so depress its not even funny. But then again evey individual have their own unique way of coping with being single.
