free membership then money out when payout

i think the new trend in ptc's now is up to a 5 digit payout via free membership then when the time to cash out happens they would ask you to upgrade your membership which means you pay. 
. what the heck are they thinking? and i don't believe for a moment that they wouldn't earn if you wouldn't "contribute" via a membership fee. mylot pays us without them asking for a cent, right? anyone who runs a ptc site like this put "reason" in this? examples are: cashquality.com, publicmails.com and future-ptr.com. anything you can add to this death of respect to honest ptc's list?

Actually, there are some websites cheating people. To be frank, I'm one of the victims. I was persuaded into remitting money to others without any response, not even the money back. I was angry. But I have no idea and solution.

I have been doing these for years and there are way to many paying programs to put up with this nonsense. I can survive off my old timer sites and the newer ones that are smart enough not to do this. I will not be joining these type of sites...no need to and I feel most people will feel the same way.
