Bullying Adult Versus Bullying Kids

Have you ever been bullied or picked on? Normally for damn reasons right? Like if you have braces, if your hair is not good enough or you don't conform to fashion. It's not fun isn't it? But it's even more frustrating if the one bullying you is already an adult. If kids do it, it's ok because they are just kids, they don't know any better and kids don't usually filter, they will say whatever they want to say, whenever they want. But if it's an adult, they should know better because they can think ahead and they should know if they will hurt another person emotionally. Unfortunately adults are more worst than kids when it comes to bullying.

kids are more understandable if they are bullies. They still cannot understand things or sometimes they are confused and are going through a lot of things. However, the adult bullies are more insecure about themselves that they need to bully other people to feel " superior" above other people. I was bullied by my boss. Then I really confronted him when I was about to resign.

There's one senior in my company who likes to bully the newcomers, sort of to intimidate them and show them the power she holds. I think it is quite pointless because the newcomers may be in awe for a while, after that, they would just accumulate resentment against that senior. I have heard that bullies are actually cowards in heart, so they will usually pick on those who are weaker than them. If they meet someone who is firm and assertive and dare to stand up to them, they would back off.
