Starting Over a Clean Slate Life

Some of us moves to another country or to a far away city to start over and forget the things that are bothering us or the problems that we can't even face.
But what we failed to realize is that unless we deal with our problems now and solve it, we will never be able to start over a "clean slate" life.
We will just be lying to ourselves that we will be ok as soon as we left it all behind us but in reality we already lost. Running away will not solve our problems, so we better deal with it as soon as possible.

The past is something that always haunts us. However, the more we try to run from it, the more it really haunts us. We need to deal with what has happened to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, the tensions will continue to build up. While no one else may know what has happened in the past, the fact is that it may cause us stress, that will cause us to lose sleep.
In the end, everyone has problems. Granted, some of those problems are a lot tougher to deal with than others. Unfortunately, the fact of the matter is that dealing with it is a lot better than just moving in the other direction. None of us want to admit that somethings wrong. However, ignoring the problem will just create more problems and it is better just to start dealing with the problems as they are as soon as possible.
