It is very difficult not to be irritated when you are not feeling well. Especially, if your muscle suffers from severe pain. Nevertheless, I saw some people who does not feel the same. Wherein, they do not feel irritated even they are not feeling well. I dont know how they carry the situation but I do admire those people. Since, they are not affected of the pain that they have at the moment. I wonder how can I do that and apply to myself.
Anyway, how about you, do you also feel irritated or are you one of them - the people who does not get affected of the pain that they feel at the moment?

It depends on the situation. Actually I feel irritated when I am not well. I throw tantrums if at home. I sleep all day etc...but if I am at office and have to finish some assignment I have to tolerate.

Yes I do get terribly irritated when I am not feeling well because the body just wanted to take a rest to recover. So I prefer not to be disturbed and keep myself out from the rest of people. I find that it is not necessary to pretend that we are not sick but in fact we are. It is good to remain strong and cheerful even when we're sick so can fight the illness and recover quickly.

I'm one of those guys that get easily irritated when not feeling well. I just can't handle the feeling, its like i'm losing my patience and concentration. Then i'll get frustrated of the bad feeling, and turn it to people who talks to me. But sometimes, i feel lucky, i easily able to calm myself and don't get irritated that much, i don't know why either.
Thanks for the topic
Much respect

Not all the time unless I'm in pain. There are some times when it feels like someone is sitting on top of my head and I can't stand any kind of light and anyone speaking to me any sounds at all drives me up the wall.

I get super irritated when I don't feel well. I don't like talking to people or just dealing with people. I just want to be alone in my bedroom and just laying in bed and taking a nap or relaxing, or maybe cuddle with my boyfriend and make him take care of me. Hehehehe. I think i'm really the worst kind when I'm feeling sick, cause I will snap at you if you happen to say the wrong things at the wrong time. Heheh.

I seem to get irritated more easily in general these days, never mind if I'm not feeling well :(
I try really hard to control my irritation as it's not fair to inflict it on others but some days it is difficult.. not sure why my patience is becoming more limited as I get older - maybe it's something to do with the hormones?

I also get irritated easily when i am not feeling well. I usually shout at everybody and plead everyone to leave me alone. Then i ge bored and start reading books on my own. So i just lay down and sleep and eat silently whatever my mom gives me so that there wouldn't be any problem.

I wish people would leave me alone when I'm not feeling well. But unfortunately, my daughter doesnt know the word "unwell". And yes, I sometimes get irritated, but as the days pass by being a mom taught me how to be more patient.

hi there.
am quite guilty of this. i easily get annoyed when i lack sleep. i really have foul mood when it comes to this.
however, when i resigned from my previous job, i got back to reconstruct my mood . now that i have my next job,i am experiencing the same sleep deprivation as before. but i can say that am quite better in dealing with people at work and at home. am improving i guess.

If I am not feeling weel, the last thing I want is to be bothered. I can become more easily irritated at this time than at any other. When i am not feeling at my best, it takes little to frustrate and disturb me. I don't mean for this to happen, but it does happen. Showing love, support, and concern is the best thing you can do for someone who is ill. There is no irritation in that.

I am really glad that I do not get ill all that often. Trust me, it is a pain for everyone to be around me when I am not feeling good. I tend to be a pretty mild mannered person but when I am sick, that is all out the window. I snap at pretty much everyone. I feel bad about it after the illness is gone but when it is there and the pain remains, then there is no problem from me for yelling at others.
I think it is the fact that my energy is sapped so badly that I know that I will not be able to get anything done. Not being productive is something that irritates me beyond all belief. I think that I would be calmer if I was feeling off but able to do certain things. When I really do not feel good, I cannot do anything and in my mind, I am calculating how much this will set me back. Trust me, that will put anyone in an irritated mood.

I also admire those people who are not be irritated when they are not feeling well. Though they also have some troubles sometimes , they can control their moods . The bad things can not make they feel angry , they hardly get irriated . Therefore they are more successful than others . Do you have the same thoughts .

I like to be left alone when I am unwell. I am not a bad patient, unless people start to fuss over me, and then I will become irritable. I do not want special attention if ill.
