No doubt, to be physically and mentally active, regular exercise is inevitable. Everyone can benefit from regular exercise. Regular exercise helps sharpening of mind, apart from strengthening muscles and bones, and controls body fat, thus reducing the possibility of becoming vulnerable to diseases. Daily exercise lowers blood pressure and controls cholesterol. By keeping oneself physically fit with regular exercise, he will have more confidence to face physical and emotional challenges. Parents must encourage their children to do regular exercise to develop their mind and body

You are right. I try to go jogging everyday and when it rains I have a fitness game which it's very useful. When I skip one of my workouts I feel tired and I don't have energy to carry out something.

Agreed. I play tennis almost everyday and push myself to the limits and it feels great. My whole family is very athletic and stay active and I love it! Plus I love how it helps me sleep better at night.
