I just checked my paypal and I have noticed that there was a decrease of $2.00 in my account. Does paypla charge any fees? I haven't made any transactions yet so I am quite confused wirht now.

Paypal debits charges when you send monies to somebody outside states. When you receive monies, only the net amount, i.e., the amount after paypal charges is credited to your account. So any further charges need to be investigated. Please contact them.

I think you should ask them about it sweetie. I haven't noticed any changes on mine. Better ask than worry about it. TATA.

I am sorry to hear that. That's why I don't want to let my money in paypal for long time. Yesterday, I have withdraw my money from paypal. I don't want lose my money even for a cent. Have you check your transaction? If you did, you will see why did your balance decreased then you may ask paypal the reason why did your balance reduced. If there is a fee, it will be reduced automatically when we receive the money. Or you may check detail for each transaction. I hope yuo can get the explanation soon.
