And when I say everything I mean EVERYTHING! Doesn't matter if my problem is big or small.

Maybe you should go to a doctor and ask for prescription or something. I know how it feels to be anxious.. Especially during Mondays.. Maybe because it's the end of my rest days and I have to face the real world again.. I also don't get that much sleep even though I have enough time I just can't I was advised by a friend to drink a relaxing medicine to get myself to sleep when I cant and I have to. You should try that too.

I am experiencing the same situation. I am finding that I am hyperventilating quite a bit daily. I have begun to recognize that this is affecting my health. So as soon as I notice my state of anxiety I try really hard to take deep breaths and slowly release.
It hopes for the moment but it is difficult to stop completely.
Good luck to you hope we both find comfort very soon.

Interesting. Perhaps there is a certain type of food that can help. Have you tried chocolates?
Or perhaps a certain activity relaxes you? Have you tried playing a musical instrument?
Finally, my favorite is learning something new and thinking how it can be of help to others ... It always works for me, I think :)
What do you think?

I can totally relate to you on this subject. I have suffered with panic and anxiety attacks for about 8 years now. Have ended up in the A&E department of the hospital many times, thinking I am dying.
Anxiety is something I would never wish on my worst enemy. We are silent sufferers, as no one can see it.
I sometimes get anxious just by waking up in the morning, going to the letterbox, answering the phone, and these are just the beginning.
All I can suggest, is just breath your way through it, and tell yourself that you CAN do it. Because the truth is that you CAN... its just your head playing tricks on you telling you that its a scary situation when really its not.
Hope this helps...

I'm kind of going through the same thing. Not only do I get anxious about the situation, but also because I'm afraid people will find out about the truth--so typically I get anxious about that, but I try to find something positive and work at it slowly. Try and at least talk about what's making me feel anxious with someone you trust. Even writing out specifically what's making you anxious could help.
