Which thing in your life stressing you most?
I'm not really stressed now but the most stressing thing for me are all kind of duties. Do you agree with me or you have your own, bigger stress'er?

Well it ofcourse the job, work pressure, overload, deadlines are these stress out me. So I divert my mind on music and get out of stress.

My biggest stress factor right now is my ex-husband. My children recently started seeing him once a week during supervised visitation. Since this started, I've noticed a lot of behavioral changes within the kids. The fact that I have to comply with these visits through a court order really bothers me. I feel very helpless right now because I can't do anything to protect them from all these negative feelings.

Well, I am not very stressed person but I am definitely stressed by the duties and the school, those are my own stress'ers and I don't think they are bigger than yours, bodil4o. Like I said, I am not very stressed, it is good. Stress causes permanent damage to our brains.
