How many hours of sleep do you get a night?

Ideally, I would get 9 hours of sleep. That is when I feel my best. But I am a motehr of a 2 year old now so I never get to sleep in anymore and end up getting 6 hours on a good night. I'm always tired....

Why dosen't your 2 year old sleep all niight? Is He?she still on a bottle? My Babies slept all night by the time they were 6 mo old. They would be asleep by 9 or 10 and not get up until 6 o7 in the morning.

My son has been sleeping 12 hours straight and uninterrupted since he was 4 months old. However, he goes to bed at 7:30 pm and wakes up at 7 am....sometimes 6:30am. But in order to get anything done on the computer and around the house, or to spend some quality time with my husband, I stay up until around midnight. 9 or 10 seems a bit late for a little toddler to be going to bed.

I usually get around 7 1/2 and that seems to be enough. I sympathize with you. It's tough to get a good nights sleep with little ones running around. Hope you get caught on your sleep soon. :)
