Would you date someone you don't really like to make someone else that you like jealous? And if yes,do you think this is moral?

No. I wouldn't date someone just to make someone jealous. I think it's unfair, a waste of time and can ultimately end up hurting everyone involved.
Do you care about the person you're trying to make jealous? You may find being honest and open about your feelings much more rewarding than trying to make them jealous.
I think we've all gone through something like this, sometimes it's nice to see someone you like get a little jealous over you because it sort of confirms their feelings for you.
If you keep this "fake" person you're dating is unaware they're being used just to get someone else jealous it'll blow up in your face and hurt that person's feelings and that's not cool at all! You end up making that person miserable because you don't really like them or care about their feelings if you're willing to string them along.
You also run the risk of becoming unattractive to the person you're trying to make jealous because they might think you're not interested in them if you've moved onto someone else and/or you're manipulative because you're playing with the feelings of others.
Would you like it if someone did this to you? If someone tried to make you jealous this way or if someone pretended to be interested in you only to make someone else jealous?
