Bad News For Coffee Drinkers Who Get Headaches

People who consume high amounts of caffeine each day are more likely to suffer occasional headaches than those with low caffeine consumption, a team of researchers at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) reports in a study recently published in the Journal of Headache Pain.................

I didn't know that, but may be my headache every night is because of that. I thought i got temperature and this is the reason, but may be caffeine doesn't work good for me :) It's hard to feel refreshed, when you work in the nights, because you can't sleep in the days, it's total heat. But i'll try to change the coffee with something else.

Oh WOW
This could explain why I have been getting headaches more often here lately. I had some company over for the week last week and that is pretty much what I drank during the day. Yes I did notice that I had more headaches then normal. I just thought it was being a little on the stress side. Maybe not..
