Shampoo help to stop hair fall

Someone told me before; don't know if it's true or not, that too much shampoo can do damages to one's hair. I don't know the truth on this one. Maybe you can try to shampoo once every 2 days or so. Try this..and the type of shampoo you use is important too. For me, I use shampoo which doesn't have harsh elements in it. Just a normal wash shampoo for normal hair. See your hair condition. If you are really in doubt, you might want to consult your doctor as he or she can give the best answer. Hope this helps yeah.

I used to have that problem and it was because I wasn't brushing correctly. Are you using something like a bristle brush that will distribute the oils from your scalp correctly? If the rest of your body is healthy your hair actually does not need any shampoo/conditioner at all (search "no-poo"), so if you'd like to use shampoo I'd suggest picking something natural that won't interfere too much with the natural process.

I don't necessarily know of the product that you are looking for, but I am wondering a few things? How much hair do you lose? Do you have a lot of hair and is your hair thick? How often do you wash your hair? I ask because everyone loses some hair naturally every day. People with more hair on their head or thicker hair tend to lose more since they have more and it looks worse. If you don't wash your hair every day (say every other day or every 2 days) when the hair falls out, it likely just stays with the rest of your hair until it is washed out so it looks like you are losing more than you are.
