What is motivational speech?? The aim of the motivational speech is to get your audience acting or changing their behavior or beliefs in some way. Try to strengthen commitment and at least get them to agree with your proposal. This kind of public speaking is mainly based on a question of policy. So, build in emotional appeals in your motivational speech, as well as evidence and reasoning. But what is basically required in Motivational speech??? anybody any guess?/what are the qualities required for that??? Tks :)

It seems the effective motivational speech will have an emotional effect on the audience. Perhaps it is one thing to convince people of something (an intellectual effect). But perhaps to make people feel in a certain manner is more difficult i.e. create a feeling in another person or in a group of persons. Perhaps if we understand what is important to a person, we can have a chance to motivate that person ... What do you think?
