I can't really open google adsense account. Reasons are many. I'm looking for alternative ad program, which pays via PAYPAL. Can someone give me a program, which has paid him and have good cpm rates? Thanks! //Give me as many as you can and also write if you can use more than just the ads you've posted on one page, because it will be best if you can use like 3-4 different programs on one page or with rotator.
