Hi Mylotters!!!
Frankly speaking I really feel no hesitation while facing my ex employer once again in my new work place. But I will feel a bit awful if I am having some kinds of spat with that person.. I experienced this once before..After all I left my job in order to increase my remuneration.
So,what about you all?? Do you ever face this problem in the workplace??
Please share your experiences.Be free to post.
Thanks!!
Happy Earning!

I too dont feel any hesitation when i face my ex employer. One of my bosses was so irritating that he used to deduct my salary for any silly thing. One day i threw the files on his table and just walked out of office. We usually in India call our bosses sir. i will call any of my ex employer as sir but not this one...i will call him by his name....cos he is not worth to be addressed as sir.

Deducting salary for doing nothing???? You may have complained to the authority who is higher to him citing the reasons. What a disgusting guy he is???Its better not to work in such a company as you may even lose your job for doing nothing.
Thanks for sharing!!

In my case, I really had hesitation in one of my past employer. I left the company in a time that they need me to boost the company sales and the ball is in the hands of my department. I left the company for a work in the middle east with salary 3x higher. During one of my vacation, I visited a local trade show and I accidentally met my former boss. I came to know that the company closed down since I left them. They lost in the bidding thus the development plans did not materialized.

Hello Tuyakiki. How are you ? No, I don't feel uncomfortable to meet with my ex-employer. They know why I left too ! It was to persue my career objectives, and not because I disliked the company. So, they understand that well. We get together quite often too, for lunches and dinners.
Have a nice day !

Hi,
In my case, I have once only changed my job and to get the new job my exemployer only helped. I have met 2-3 times afterwards and my exemployer was extremely happy and appreciated my growth in my professional levels.
Even I am very much thankful to my exemployer. I think, if we move around with new jobs alwyas have some issues and it is difficult to manage if we get a chance to meet our exemplyer in such times.
Regards,
Thank-s

Well I have never felt that way, but I am sure it depends on the reason why you left. I had a job once in which I stayed for only 3 months and then I received a better offer and had to leave. But still my boss understood because they could pay me more and she wished me the best
Cheers !!

One of my ex employer still haven't pay my salary since I stop working for him a couple of years ago. I guess he's the one who should feel awkward to see me but he don't. I guess some people don't really feel guilty do they? I am certainly hesitate to see him. I feel annoy everytime I do. It's not a good feeling to feel that kind of emotion.
