Usually they are becoming victims of those sites that promise big rewards. As those sites usually do is to promote their sites saying they are giving or paying some thing big, in exchange of something that is very easy to do. Why are those sites doing this scam? It is because they are gathering more referrals for those sites that are really paying money in which they are members. And also they are earning from a features know as Paid-To-Promote (get paid by promoting a site). There are also scam Paid Survey sites. They are promising huge payment for every survey you take, but you need to accumulate a big minimum payout balance before you can withdraw your money. And usually those high rate minimum payout balance are use to delay a member from withdrawing their money, and let that member work hard for the sites owner’s personal benefits. As soon as the members reach the minimum payout balance, it is only then that they will found that the site is not really paying its members and it is a scam. So the higher the minimum payout balance, the longer a member would work to earn it. And it is sad that in the end you’ll find yourself fooled. Almost all SCAM sites have a high minimum payout balance. By the way, for those who are just starting to earn online and not familiar with minimum payout/cashout balance, it is the amount of money that you should earn in a site before you can able to withdraw it in PayPal, AlertPay, Liberty Reserve, and other online money transferor sites. There are also site that are pretending to be an honest paying site by actually paying their members. They will pay those pioneer members, for them to encourage others to join the site. With a proof of their payments, pioneer members can easily refer this site to others. And when the sites gathered enough members, the site will then stop paying all the members. Some indications that a paying site is turning into a scam site are; the payment per advertisement click increases; minimum payout/cashout balance increases; changes in the mode of payment, from instant to a waiting time; payment proofs are not updated; and advertisement are becoming cheaper. An example of this scam site is gagabux.com. You might heard that gagabux.com is paying and an honest site, but that is on its first month only. Later when this site had gathered 300,000 members then it stop paying its members. There are plenty of scam sites online, they are even more than those honest or elite sites. So if you are to try online earnings, try to investigate first. You can do this by searching for comments and reactions of those people that had tried the site. Or you can join those known elite forums like MyLot.com and sulit.com. Or you can ask for answer in yahooanswer.com. Better ask and investigate first before trying a site and later find out that you’ve been SCAM.
