How do you handle stress

We all react differently to stress i usually dont let it upset me i act as if nothing is wrong but i get up to pray early in the morning once i share it with god i feel as if its not my problem anymore hes got to find a way
i seriuoly think that just breaking our head getting upset is not going to make the problem go away i think how or what is the solution that can make me come out of the crisis

Normally, i will cool down myself and try to relax.
Meditation and breathing exercise have been proven to be very effective in controlling stress. I will clear my mind form disturbing thoughts, and selectively change the way that i will react, but not too much at one time.
Besides, i will try to be positive when facing any problems. I will give myself messages as to how well i can cope rather than how horrible everything is going to be. Stress causes more glucose to be delivered to the brain, which makes more energy available to neurons. This, in turn, enhances memory formation and retrieval. On the other hand, if stress is prolonged, it can impede the glucose delivery and disrupt memory.

When I was in college, I would did everything that could make me happy when I was stress. I would watched television for many hours, eat snacks or went out using my motorcycle. Now, I have a family. I have wife and children. I am stress, I will kidding with my children and try to forget anything that make me stress. Sharing problem with my wife could release the stress.
