Is there any other planet that have life form besides earth ?

I was reading last night when all of sudden I have this thought. Out of trillion of planets and galaxies in the universe, is earth the only planet that contain a life form. If there is another planet that contain life form, can hubble telescope see it ?? Would the planet looks similar to earth?? What is your oppinion ??
