CashFiesta - Is it scam or not?

Hello! Before about 2 years I tried CashFiesta. I didn't got paid, but recently some people told me that they got paid. So my question is: Is CashFiesta a scam or not and if not can you please give me some payment proofs? Thanks!

Not really a scam, but it takes really long time for the payout to occur. Also, it takes crap load of time for you to even reach the min payout, so if you don't have referrals or you're not an upgraded member, good luck earning from there.
