I have freelanced on many different websites such as Helium, Associated Content, Triond, Freelancer, and more. I have found the best to be Fiverr.com and Textbroker.com. Fiverr is a place where you can post jobs or "Gigs" for $5.00. Many people say that they will write articles for $5 dollars. If someone orders your work and approves it, then you are paid. There is not any limits to payout. There is also Textbroker, where you take a job that someone has placed an order on. You write for the specific guidelines the hirer has posted. If your work is accepted then you get paid. The payout is at $25.00. MyLot is a great place to stay if you are wanting to make extra cash, and get advice on how to write! I hope that posting these websites information is OK. I did not put any referral links, but I just put information on the website and the main address. Is this OK? Please let me know if it is not. I just wanted to give advice on a few good websites to write for. Thanks.

Some people are good with writing for other people. They are okay with requirements set. As for me, I don't really like to write for other people. I am a member of Bukisa, Triond, Xomba, and Factoidz. I want to focus on these sites. If I do have enough articles then I can start promoting them to different social networking sites.

Hi there! I'm a freelance writer too. I'm writing articles and have so far published 2 pre teen novels in my first language. I've just started writing online in English to get some extra cash. I've registered with helium and bukisa but haven't submitted any articles yet. I do agree with you that there are a lot of ways to earn income online but one thing that I learned through myLot is that we have to work hard to get the earnings from these online websites. Happy mylotting.
