The elements that may be determinants on health include nutrition intensity. Eating health food - promotes good health. Foods which contain vital nutrients that aid our body's metabolic function. Since no single food group nourish the body with all the vital ingredients we can't. It requires, it is important that we consume a variety of healthy foods to derive the nutrition our body needs.
