Sony working on a new PSP?

It looks like Sony are working on a new handheld console. It appears to have strong multimedia feature and is being designed to fight with the Kindle and Ipod.
I think Sony are going this direction as they think it will be more profitable than fighting with the new Nintendo 3Ds that is coming soon.

Wow, I guess I don't know what I'm going to do, I am currently thinking about saving up Swagbucks for a PSP or a PS3, I haven't figured out which yet.

yes i think they are working on a new one but i wondering why they are still hiding it.

Yeah, I heard about it last night on G4. Apparently it will have 3G capabilities. If I can afford it I'm definitely getting it! Not only because it is much more improved wireless capabilities, but because it should bring a few other uses to it such as e-reader, I think.
