Yep I am. I got that part from my father. I have been very good with it since I had a baby. I guess a baby will do that to you. try to relax a little and then breath. That is what works for me!

No, I am very patient. The only time I have a short temper is if I am cranky or tired and things irritate me. But for the most part I'm easy going.
