Hi and welcome to mylot,
I imagine your additions must be very good but also calorie ladden. I´m trying to shed some weight and love omelettes. I´m adding chives, parsley or coriander leaves, oregano or any herb that tickles me. To some of them I dice a bit of a kind of cheese tha will melt and add it. Finally, there are some omelettes that will taste wonderful with some soya or parmesan cheese on top.
Have a nice day!

I've actually never even eaten an omelett lol. I was at a friends house a few weeks back and for breakfast he made himself and omelett. Inside it he put food he diced up.. onions, green peppers and something else I cant remeber what right now. It looked and smelled pretty good. I might have to give it a try the way you said to make them taste rich it sounds pretty yummy.

I just scramble them in a bowl and add onion. tomato, jalapeno, and mix that with the eggs all together and then warm some tortillas and then use picante sauce on top. It's not bad. Hope that helps you!! Have a good day!!

That sounds directly from Mexico lindo, friend! Do you make your own sauce or you buy it?

I use the a buttermilk variety of butter when cooking my omelets. Then I top them with cheddar cheese.
