are all web results the same?

Look at the picture attached. I googled for the word "web results", then this is the web results that came up. Now the question is.. if you do the same are you also getting the same result? I was just wondering.. Can anyone tell me if we all get the same web results when we all google for the same word say for example let's google
"my lot" are we going to get the exact same first page of the web results?
The reason why I came up to this question is because I was with a client yesterday and he was telling me about the results he get after googling his name. But seems like we are not on the same page. I googled the same word as he did, the same spelling and all but when he asked me if I can see the same results as he do, it seems like I don't have the same page as his..

Off course you won't get the same result with your client even if you are from the same country. Your ip address will affected the result. The time you search and the time your client search are different. This differences will lead to different result. Web ranking will always updated every second. Moreover, the result will be far different if we do in different country.
