My favourite scene is not one. I like the scenes when Stewie show his gayness and when he tries to kill his mother Lois. I also like when Peter treats Meg like she is not from this planet. What makes you laugh?

My favourite episode is also when Stewie tried to kill his mother. The second one is when Stuwie was married to a girl.I find this show really great. After busy day I like to watch episode or two to unwind.

There are so many great Family Guy moments that it's really difficult to choose. I tend to like the episodes that are more Brian and Stewie centric than I do the ones that focus mostly on Peter, but I love them all. One of my favorite moments that made me laugh the hardest...I don't remember which episode it was from...But Peter shows up in a biohazard suit and Chris yells "Oh no! The government's here. Run ET! Run!" and ET runs across the scream, flailing his arms in the arm screaming. I think just the pure randomness of that scene is absolutely hysterical and probably the hardest I've ever laughed during the series.
