My 9 month old has justed started biting people. He doesn't seem to understand that it hurts, so I don't know how to teach him not to do itr. Any suggestions?

Oy! My son is 10 months old. He'll bit, but that hard. He'll bit my hand or leg... I tell it hurts so he hasn't done it in awhile... I wish I could help.

Its a phase which will pass off. Only you mustnt encourage it by laughing or scolding him. Also dont make a big fuss about it. To see you shout also, he tends to do it again and again. Try to ignore it and divert his attention to something else. He is not at an age where you can reason things with him or explain things to him. So be careful and handle him. Good luck.
