I just change my job because my former boss is very mean to everybody and I can't stand anymore. On the other hand, the company is not promising. So if you change your job, what will be your reasons?

You know what? Someone just recently resign because of the same reason. If you can't stand the environment, your boss and everything about the company you should resign. If you don't enjoy your work you must find another job. Easy to say but hard to do. But If everything else are all negative about your company you must go there are so many good companies waiting for you.

Here would be my reasons:
1. The company is not legal.
2. The boss does not trust me anymore.
3. The salary is no longer sufficient for today's living.
4. The managers are so comfortable with their jobs and would not change or even think of a change.
5. No promotion.
6. The financial of the company is on an edge.

I haven't been working for more than 15 years now.I'm self employed. The reason for the decision to be self employed was my last boss was tyrant. He would expect impossible things from people and never show appreciation for good work. The company went down and had to be taken over by a bigger company. But another reason beyond recognition was there was no prospect of growth or increase in remuneration.I feel these factors are important.

there can be many reason to change your Job,Talking about my personal experience, I do not like to do same job/Same Work, I like change/I like something different.I prefer to change/quit my job when I am getting bored with existing job, When there is no chance of promotion, Increment in salary...etc. I have been always looking for new exciting challenge in my professional career.

First of all, i had burned my bridges with my co-workers. My group is not getting along in an environment that requires people to work together well. Again, at some point, the reasons don't matter, i started fresh in a new job and resolve to not let this situation happen again.
During my work, my stress level is so high at work that it's affecting my physical or mental health and my relationship with my friends and family.

The only reason that i can think of is if i am not satisfied with the job profile or the pay package. Actually even more than the pay package would be the job satisfaction, i simply cannot work at a place where i am not happy with waht i have to do.

My main reason for quitting a job is usually because I no longer feel happy with what I do. Another reason would be a major conflict with either the boss or a co-worker. For me a job is suppose to bring me fulfillment, and it's not just about the money I can earn from it. It has to be something that makes me feel good and useful. Or purposeful.

At the moment, I don't want quit from my job. I satisfy to my job. I have good salary, good carrier, and no relation problem with my boss and co-worker. I used to quit from my previous job only for one reason: better future. When in my previous job, I have no carrier. I was engineer and will be so even I have been there for 4 years and my salary increasing very-very slow. I decided to quit even though I have to start from zero in the new place.

The first thing that I usually consider in changing my job is if I am not happy anymore with what I am doing. Because if you don't like your job, it is so hard to go to work everyday and there is lack of motivation. Secondly is the salary. Even if I am working so hard and giving all my efforst and time, but if I am not well compensated, then I think it's not worth giving all my effort anymore. Third is if the people around me is not being of help to me to achieve my objectives.
